WHAT IS 'ORIGINAL ARTWORK'?
An Original Artwork is a piece of artwork that has been hand painted and one of a kind.
I HAVE SEEN A PAINTING I LOVE BUT IT IS SOLD. CAN YOU DO A SIMILAR ONE FOR ME?
YES. Please email me ameliabutler@icloud.com with the name of the painting you love. Please note that no paintings will be exactly the same as they are all original.
CAN YOU PAINT ME?
YES. I do custom commission pieces where I paint YOU! I will need you to supply me with imagery. Please email me ameliabutler@icloud.com for more information.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY?
Due to the nature of the sale and the limited number Original Artworks and exclusive stock, all sales are final. Once an order has been dispatched, we do not accept returns on any purchase.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you would like to cancel your order please e-mail me ameliabutler@icloud.com within 48 hours of purchasing. I cannot promise any cancellations as all sales are final.
DAMAGES
In the unlikely event your painting has been damaged during transit please e-mail me ameliabutler@icloud.com within 24 hours of delivery and supply all of the below information in an email.
1. Full name and order number (this can be found in your order confirmation email).
2. A photo of the damaged product
3. A photo of the interior packaging and delivery box
